The sessions are held in our studio, located in Rio Tinto – Gondomar.
Weekends and public holidays will have an additional charge of €45.00 on top of the selected package.
The session reservation will only be considered valid after it is formalized (payment of €80.00).
You should bring the essential items your baby uses daily (e.g., milk, nappies, pacifier).
Even if your baby is not used to a pacifier, or if it is not the parents’ preference, we recommend bringing one, as it may help us ensure the success of the session.
The session will take place with the newborn’s well-being as our top priority, and will be paused whenever the baby needs care (e.g., feeding, changing, colic relief, etc.).
The session lasts on average between 2 to 4 hours, depending on each baby, so we suggest that you don’t schedule any other commitments during this time.
We provide a comfortable space for parents so they can watch the session in a relaxed environment.
We kindly ask for maximum punctuality on this day, so everything can run as planned and no one is affected: please arrive at the scheduled time — not earlier or later.
At the studio entrance, we ask that all family members remove their shoes.
In the event of cancellation or no-show on the day of the session, the reservation fee will not be refunded. The session may only be rescheduled if we are notified at least 24 hours in advance. If not rescheduled, the deposit will not be refunded.
In the case of older siblings, it is the parents’ responsibility to collaborate during the session to ensure everyone’s safety and avoid damage to the studio or setup.
If any of the above situations occur, the cost of any damages will be charged to the client.
Within a maximum of 2 days after the session, the client will receive access to an online gallery with all the unedited images from the session, so they can select the ones they wish to keep. The final edited photographs will be delivered within a maximum of 45 working days from the moment the client completes their selection.
Printed photos and other materials can be collected at the studio or shipped via CTT (shipping costs to be covered by the client).
The session files will be stored for a maximum of 6 months. We are not responsible for any loss after this period.
Unedited images will not be provided. We believe our work reflects our image and quality, and that is what we want to deliver to our clients.
